Who we are
Mainstay is operated by Guiding Light Recovery Services. We provide software that businesses use to manage their own clients.
Two kinds of data
Our customers' data. When a practice uses Mainstay, they enter information about their own clients. That practice controls it; we hold it on their behalf and do not use it for anything except running the service for them.
Your data as a visitor. What you give us on this website, and the minimum we need to run it.
Google data
If you connect Google services through Build · Wire · Run, we request only the permissions needed for the features you have bought. Google Ads and Business Profile do not offer a read-only permission — reading that data requires being granted authority to change it. We only read unless you ask us to act, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What we never do
- Sell your data, or your clients' data, to anyone
- Use your clients' data to train models
- Show advertising inside Mainstay
