Every practice is walled off from every other

Separation is enforced in the database itself, on every table, for every query — not by application code remembering to filter. A query that forgets returns nothing rather than returning someone else's.

Signed documents cannot change

When an agreement executes, its words, its price and the disclosure text are frozen onto that copy. Editing the template afterwards does not alter what somebody signed. Signatures are recorded one row per party, in order, each chained to the one before it.

Session notes

Private to the practitioner. Not visible to the client, and never to a parent — refused by the database, not hidden by the interface.
