What Mainstay is
Software for managing a business that works with clients over time.
★★ What Mainstay is not
Mainstay is not a medical record and is not intended for the storage of protected health information. It is not a substitute for clinical, legal or financial advice. Fields such as allergies, injuries and dietary restrictions exist so a practitioner can work safely — they are operational notes, not medical records.
Mainstay is not designed for, and must not be used by, covered entities under HIPAA.
Your account and your clients
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for having the right to enter it. You remain the controller of your clients' information.
Billing
Subscriptions bill monthly by active client count. An active client is one with a booking, document or invoice in that month. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the period.
